Workshop Listening Leadership

Opening up a new perspective on ‘listening’, we release the first Immersive Workshop for organisations. After all, Listening Leadership has become one of the most important aspects of our organisational culture today.

In order to reverse the growing figures for stress, burnout and absenteeism, we need He(a)ro listeners.

He(a)ro listeners contribute to the mental wellbeing of all employees and nourish a healthy performance culture. This leads to higher retention and engagement of your employees, which ultimately impacts customer experience and business performance.

He(a)ro listeners are the best Energy Managers

Workshop Listening Leadership

Towards a healthy company culture

The Immersive workshop might be the start of a cultural transformation journey, comprising 3 main next steps:

  • Integrate Listening Leadership in your culture master plan, sponsored by your entire management team
  • Drive commitment throughout your organisation and build a community of He(a)ro Listeners
  • Offer 24/7/365 in-the-moment professional support by clinical counselors for company-wide wellbeing, supported by our partner Workplace Options

How do we inspire and create He(a)ro Listeners? Through music!

The power of live music

Under the expert guidance of Artistic Director David Ramael, the Boho Strings musicians will immerse you with the music of Beethoven, challenge your listening skills, awareness and engagement and inspire you to become better listeners.

For whom?

Business unit managers, transformation managers, change program managers, HR business partners, people managers – change leaders with impact on individual, team and organisational level.

Be A He(a)ro is an initiative of colleagues, friends, business partners and the wife of Peter De Prins.

Peter was an entrepreneur, co-founder of LQ and a professor in change management at Vlerick Business School. In the summer of 2020, he committed suicide. The organizers want to honor the memory of his boundless energy and passion with this positive and impactful action.
